Darryl and I who are Estate Planners established a Living Trust that was much needed for Julie. Julie has a $1.5 Million Estate. She says her ex-husband was taking her and her manager to court to claim part of her estate. Once Darryl and Marie delivered my trust, my ex-husband could no longer claim any of my assets. They also transferred an old policy that was getting a low rate of return to a higher rate of return. Now I am on track to retire at age 65, and my home and my savings are protected for my 3 children. I was able to set up College Planning for my children and I stated in the Trust Document that my home is never to be sold, only rented if none of my children need to live there.
